Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical data needed to run the site.

• Contact details you submit - email address, business or website URL, and any message you send through our forms or diagnostic request.
• Scorecard inputs - the website URL and the answers you provide in our on-site scorecard/quiz, used to prepare your diagnosis.
• Booking information - when you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, and chosen time.
• Technical data - when you visit, our host (Vercel) automatically processes standard server-log information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in order to deliver and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare your free diagnosis;
• Schedule and conduct calls you request;
• Provide, and where you are a client, deliver our services;
• Improve our website and understand which content is useful.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your details for advertising to third parties.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site and our business. Each only receives the information needed for its function:

• Vercel - website hosting and serverless functions; processes standard server logs.
• Resend - delivers your form and scorecard submissions to our team by email.
• Automation/webhook tools (such as Zapier or Make) - where enabled, to route new enquiries to us.
• Calendly - embedded call scheduling; may set its own cookies when you interact with it.
• Google (Business Profile, Search) - reviews and search visibility you interact with directly on Google’s own properties.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may store data outside Canada.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content - such as the Calendly scheduling widget - may set its own cookies when you interact with it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the core pages still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client information only as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet legal or accounting obligations - then we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it’s wrong, or have it deleted. To make a request, email us at info@linkifyagency.ca and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
